Marcada por uma implanta\u00e7\u00e3o num terreno de pendente acentuada, a propriedade estudada beneficia de amplas e admir\u00e1veis vistas sobre a cidade. A sua constru\u00e7\u00e3o resultou de um curioso processo de urbaniza\u00e7\u00e3o, sobretudo a partir da transi\u00e7\u00e3o do s\u00e9culo XIX para o seguinte, daquele que veio a formar o denominado Bairro Lamosa. Uma refer\u00eancia ao galego Francisco Marinho Lamosa (c. 1868-1941), propriet\u00e1rio e promotor de v\u00e1rios edif\u00edcios na zona.<\/p>\n
